This means when an offer (or offers) come in on your home, we will walk you through the sometimes-daunting process of review. Each of our Realtors is trained extensively in the California Association of Realtors contracts.   

After you enter into contract with the buyer, we coordinate all the pieces of the transaction, including title and escrow companies, mortgage brokers and banks, appraisers and other professionals, and we oversee the timeline. Realtors at Four Corners Real Estate Group all use a professional transaction coordinator so the T's are always crossed and the I's are always dotted. (Except that one, because it's a capital letter.)

Though no real estate professional can guarantee a seamless transaction, we can promise to be with you every moment until the escrow closes. We are skilled in problem solving and negotiations. Most importantly, we are at your side.

Once you have selected a home to buy, our Realtors will craft an offer which is clean, clear and reflects your express requirements. Because of our expertise and reputation among our fellow real estate professionals your offer will be looked on favorably and more likely accepted.

After you are in contract with a seller, our large network of title and escrow professionals, inspectors and service providers will become part of your team, helping you discover if this is indeed the house you thought it was when you made the offer.

This is also the time we will work with your lender, providing information required in a timely and accurate fashion to keep your funding process on schedule.

Our Realtors like to be with their buyers during the signing of all the documents at the title company. We ensure all details are correct, and are available to answer any questions which might arise. Many Realtors leave this task to the escrow officers. These officers are neutral third-parties in the transaction and cannot act on your behalf.
